Where Vernaccia comes from.

The same parcels, recorded in 18th-century estate land registers, between 150 and 340 meters above sea level. Pliocene soils, risen marine deposits, limestone below. On these geological foundations we have arrived at a Vernaccia with the aromatic volume of the great high-altitude whites and the long salinity that only marine origins can give.

Hand harvest, parcel-by-parcel vinification. The wine is what the vineyard gave. This is the first expression of Cusona – where the journey into a thousand years begins.
