Where San Biagio comes from.
The San Biagio vineyard is one of the estate’s historic references. Pliocene soils, marine deposits at depth, multiple exposures between 200 and 400 meters. Within the vineyard, a further selection: only the parcels that give elegance, balance, complexity.
Pure-variety fruit, hand-picked one parcel at a time. The final wine is a deliberate synthesis.
