WHAT IT IS
The starting point for anyone discovering Cusona. The experience looks out over the vineyards from the tree-lined courtyard – the land that gave rise to Italy’s first white DOCG – and continues into the medieval cellars, restored in 1881, where the stone keeps the wines through their aging.
The tasting, guided, moves through four estate wines. It closes with the estate’s own extra virgin olive oil.
One hour and a quarter. Up to eight guests.
